I haven't tried this recipe but it looks yummy! (It's right off the Whole Foods Website under budget recipes along with many other easy recipes to explore.) Big J is miserable with a cold and fever this week. We might have to whip up a batch of this tonight. I read a few comments people posted about the recipe and it being easy to add other herbs or even use store bought roasted chicken. (NOTE: I DID make this soup tonight. I added some rosemary along with extra thyme. It was yummy! I'll certainly make it again! I used rotiserrie chicken.)
